Mat Pilates
Pilates is a form of low-impact strength training that focuses on recruiting core muscles (abdominals, glutes, and pelvic floor) for building strength in stability, and utilizes breath as a supportive tool for exercise.
I approach Pilates as a practice in listening to the body and “being where you are” in order to build strength in a sustainable way — by developing body awareness and intuition.
Personal Training
Strength Training is an essential component of health.
I offer private strength training sessions that work to build a mind-muscle connection.
We’ll also work on progressively overloading the body, using various forms of resistance and functional exercises that are specific to your lifestyle.
I create exercise programs that translate into your daily life, so that you can move through life feeling stronger and more confident.
Pre- & Postnatal
I support prenatal and postpartum women at any point in their journey through mat pilates and/or personal training. Building strength and the body awareness to meet the demands of pregnancy and motherhood is essential for physical, mental, and emotional health.
Our sessions will focus on breathing exercises for pelvic health, functional exercises for pregnancy and motherhood, and methods for integrating exercise into your daily life.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel your session, please provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged the full price of the session.
I intend to offer Pilates and Personal Training sessions that are as accessible and affordable as possible, especially with all of the twists and turns that life throws at us! I know that cost and time constraints are often the largest obstacles to exercise.

Location
I’m based in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA, and currently offer sessions in clients’ homes.
(Virtual sessions are also an option!)
While teaching in Brooklyn, NY, I worked in a boutique personal training gym and also offered
in-home sessions for a few clients. I loved this set up because it allowed me to traverse the city (I loved biking around), and also made it more accessible for my clients!
It also works well because you don’t need a ton of space, an in-home gym, or really any special equipment. All you need is enough space for a yoga mat, and I bring the rest (resistance bands, blocks, weights, etc)!
